The Fox in the Forest is a trick-taking game for two players, in which the objective is to win a precise number of hands, or "tricks," in each round. Each round, players lay down ranked- and suited-cards to win tricks. Complicating an easy run to victory are characters cards like the Fox and the Witch that offer additional variations to the outcome of the hand. These added rules allows players to exchange a card in the hand with the top of the deck, or give the losing player the lead the next hand, among other advantages. This added level of strategic gameplay offers players more opportunities to thwart their opponent's path to victory.

Adorned with fantastical woodlands artwork, this quick game for two delivers players into the forest. Compact and requiring a minimal playing surface, Fox in the Forest is the ideal game to bring along on a duo camping trip, to play beside the campfire or in the tent after dark.
