Evil Empire, Inc.

Games of Berkeley is the primary DBA of Evil Empire, Inc. (EEI), which is a California S-corp formed in 1992.

EEI owned and operated Berkeley Game Distributors (BGD) from 1988-1998. During much of that period, BGD was the largest tabletop game distributor west of the Mississippi. In 1998, we sold BGD and -- after taking a few years off -- purchased Games of Berkeley (GoB) from Toy World, Inc. We have operated GoB since 2002, and an exclusively online retailer, Multiversal Trading Company, since 2023. EEI's current shareholders are Erik Bigglestone, Gwendolyn Reza, and Sean Gore, who also serve as corporate officers and members of its board of directors.
