EVENT: Pokémon Mega Evolutions Prerelease [9/20] 5:30 PM

Pokemon TCG Mega Evolution Prerelease event taking place at Games of Berkeley on Saturday September 20th at 5:30 PM.

To expedite check in, please provide your Name, Player ID, and date of birth in the comments section at checkout. If you do not have a Player ID yet, leave the field blank at checkout and we will create you one of your very own! Please plan to arrive by 5:00PM to check in.

This is a sealed event, meaning participants will open a Build & Battle Box and some boosters and make a minimum 40-card playable deck from that and then play some casual games with other participants. Win some games and get some more packs!

New to the Pokémon TCG? No problem! We also host a friendly league night every Thursday at 6pm!

Or get started in the world of competitive Pokémon TCG play at League Challenge tournaments. These events are small, entry-level events on a local scale and held by most Play! Pokémon Stores.

In Pokémon TCG League Challenge tournaments, players can earn Championship Points and work toward earning an invitation to the World Championships!

League Challenges are closely related to League Cups, which are held less frequently but are also hosted at Games of Berkeley!

In order to participate, players must have a Pokémon Trainer Club account, be in good standing with the Play! Pokémon program, and comply with current COVID-19 requirements for in-store Pokémon events. Games of Berkeley recommends but does not require masks for events.
