This listing is for one attendee to both nights of a two part introduction to Blade Runner. Join us at Games of Berkeley on Tuesdays November 18th and 25th from 6-9pm.
Learn to play Blade Runner over two evenings of cybernetic noir fun! We will spend the first session talking about the general mechanics of this detective sci-fi noir RPG. You'll get familiar with a character and make them your own. Then in the second week we dive into the action and you'll tackle life as a Blade Runner, solving your first case in the Blade Runner universe!
Beginner friendly but targeting intermediate players, if you've played other RPGs and want to try a different system, if you're a Blade Runner player who has not played the introductory case: This event is for you! The rules of the game are based on the acclaimed Year Zero Engine, used in award-winning games such as the ALIEN RPG, Tales From the Loop and Forbidden Lands, but further developed and uniquely tailored for BLADE RUNNER.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled. Materials will be provided. Your host for the adventure is Joe! He's a regular DM for our DnD Heist series and the occasional Mothership adventure.
Players age 16+ are welcome. This game is a complete love letter to the Blade Runner universe. Game will contain genre typical violence. Seeing Blade Runner and Blade Runner 2049 helps a ton, but is not necessary.
*Event tickets are not refundable. If necessary they may be exchanged for a future event or store credit. Please review our event policies and if you still have questions, contact events@gamesofberkeley.com!
